The hotel is centrally located , made accessing the main area convenient. My room offered a fine treetop view from a spacious balcony. Hotel staff demonstrated great care as they alerted me about leaving my room ajar. Novi at the front desk showed kindness when I had Bali belly. She checked on me daily.
The gym is limited. It needs more equipment.

The breakfast included varied options. I enjoyed fresh fruit and local pastries each morning. The dining area was clean and the service attentive. It made for a pleasant start to each day.

The location is superb it is close to everything I wanted to visit. I found three restaurants inside the hotel very convenient I had many dining choices. The staff showed warmth and were cute I felt well cared for. The premises are modern the room offers a large balcony.
I found the breakfast box options a bit limited the food could have been warmer
